All narrative reports must include Achievements, challenges & way forward of the last financial year (1st July 2017-30th June 2018) and plans for the next financial year (1st July 2018-30th June 2019).

All Financial reports must include income and expenditures of the last financial year (1st July 2017-30th June 2018) and budget for the next financial year (1st July 2018-30th June 2019).

 

The Diocesan reports must also include the following;

1)      Pastoral Ministry

a)      Number of  Archdeaconries, Deaneries, Parishes, Sub-Parishes and Praying Centres in the Diocese
b)      Number of the Clergy, Lay readers, Evangelists, Badges and Christians within the Diocese.

 

2)      Mission and Evangelism

a)      Number of new believers baptised and number of new believers confirmed within the Diocese in the last one year (1st July 2017-30th June 2018).

b)      Number of children born (to Christian families) and number of people who died (Christians) in the Diocese in the last one year (1st July 2017-30th June 2018).

 

3)      Discipleship Programme

a)      Number of people sent by the Diocese for training in the last one year (1st July 2017-30th June 2018).

b)      Number of discipleship programmes eg TEE, Bible study and organized Prayer meetings etc in the Diocese in the last one year (1st July 2017-30th June 2018).

 

4)      Development Activities

a)      Number of development initiatives eg construction of a new Church building, school, health centre acquiring a new bicycle/motorbike, piece of land, cultivated a farm etc for the Diocese in the last one year (1st July 2017-30th June 2018).

 

5)      Challenges and way forward

Please note that feeding of the participants during the Provincial Management Committee meeting is a responsibility of the Dioceses. Northern Bahr El Ghazal Internal Province and the Diocese of Wau will provide accommodation only.

CARD and St John’s College will provide feeding and accommodation for members of the Board and Governing Council of the date of their meetings only.
